The Mindful Schools Programme
The Mindful Schools Programme enables students and teachers to use simple mindfulness practices & skills focusing on building social & emotional health and creating happy and safe classroom spaces.
A 12-session structured programme that is contextual driven and uses moment – to – moment practice where ever breath is a valuable rivulet to the inner self. Students learn about bullying, empathy, handling peer pressures, critical thinking, anxiety and stress through paying attention.
