W.O.N.D.E.R - Mindfulness and Kindness Program
The W.O.N.D.E.R curriculum empowers students to harness the power of kindness to build resilience, tap into their intuitive intelligence to connect with their inner wisdom, cultivate mindfulness through focused attention, and expand their emotional literacy. This comprehensive, evidence-based program includes 20 easily implemented lesson plans that weave together social-emotional learning skills and mindfulness practices.
